People dream of living happy and peaceful lives, calm, satisfied, serene, often without doing anything to achieve this goal; however, things do not always go as desired and hopes are broken. Then why not find an alternative way to make your life better?

The Nuevo Mundo de Sosua resort is the culmination of an ambitious project that Vincenzo D’Amato had been cultivating for some time: carving out a space in the world in which to live in harmony with nature and the creative energy of the universe and share it with others.

The journey towards the construction of this community began in 2016, when Vincenzo left for Thailand, the first stage of the journey, to find the right terrain on which to create the Nuevo Mundo. From there begin a series of trips around the globe: no place ever seemed to be the right place to settle for geo-political conditions.

She shares the project with her friend Marika and the journey continues. They go to the Dominican Republic where the conditions were right, even if they live you start a series of very special events and the land suitable to realize the project did not arrive. Everything changes suddenly, when, almost abandoned all hope, the perfect ground appears before their eyes.

A place of light and absolute peace, where nature vibrates in the fifth dimension and the earth offers everything you need to live in harmony with yourself and the universe. Now that the Nuevo Mundo resort has become a reality, the initial idea of creating a community of people who want to change the world is getting closer and closer.

Twenty-one, this is the number of families who will be able to revolutionize their lives by abandoning the chaos of everyday life and moving to the Dominican Republic.

For each of them is planned the construction of a completely customized villa designed by the architect Paola Oliveri on the basis of the dictates of Vastu Shastra, the oldest holistic architecture in the world.

In addition to them, the project plans to welcome people from all over the world who want to enjoy moments of relaxation during the year thanks to temporary stays at the rental bungalows, the villas in the periods when the owners will be around the world and will want to make them available and participate in holistic paths.
